Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Brian's Lawn Service and all services provided. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may change if property conditions differ significantly from those observed during the estimate. We will always communicate any pricing changes before additional work is performed.

Scheduling

Service dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, equipment maintenance, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of any schedule changes.

Payment

Payment terms depend on the type of service selected.

For recurring lawn maintenance plans, payment is collected automatically in advance through your selected subscription plan. By enrolling in a recurring service, you authorize Brian's Lawn Service to charge your saved payment method on the scheduled billing date until your subscription is canceled.

For one-time services or approved additional services, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you have authorized a saved payment method, we may charge your card for approved services after they have been completed.

Late or failed payments may result in delayed or suspended service until payment has been received. Any outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the customer.

Saved Payment Methods

Customers may choose to securely save a payment method for future services. Payment information is stored and processed by our secure payment provider, Stripe. Brian's Lawn Service does not store your full credit card information on our own servers.

Additional Services

During routine visits, we may identify services that could improve the appearance or health of your property, such as shrub trimming, mulch installation, weed removal, sod replacement, fertilization, seasonal cleanups, or other landscape improvements. These recommendations are completely optional.

If you approve an additional service by text message, email, phone call, or electronic estimate acceptance, we may charge your saved payment method for the approved work after it has been completed. We will never charge your card for additional services without your authorization.

Recurring Lawn Maintenance

Recurring lawn maintenance is billed through a subscription and continues until canceled by either party. Subscription payments are processed automatically according to your selected billing schedule. Customers may pause or cancel recurring service at any time before their next scheduled billing date to avoid future charges. Canceling a subscription does not affect payment obligations for services already performed or billing periods that have already begun.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and securing pets before scheduled service. Whenever possible, please remove hoses, toys, decorations, lawn furniture, and other movable objects from service areas. Customers should also clearly identify irrigation heads, invisible pet fencing, landscape lighting, and other concealed hazards. Brian's Lawn Service is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or unmarked obstacles.

Pet Waste

To help us provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that all pet waste be removed from lawn areas before your scheduled visit.

If excessive pet waste is present when we arrive, we may need to postpone service or charge an additional cleanup fee if we are able to safely complete the work. This helps keep our team, equipment, and your property clean and sanitary.

Weather Delays

Florida weather occasionally requires schedule adjustments. Services delayed due to rain or unsafe conditions will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

Brian's Lawn Service exercises reasonable care while servicing your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
